After 10 beautiful years, the time has come to close the chapter of Kaya Yoga ✨️🙏🏼

What began as a vision grew into a decade of teacher trainings, learning, transformation, friendships, and an incredible community of teachers and students from around the world.

To every person who trained with us, taught with us, trusted us, supported us, and became part of this journey, Thank you! 🤍

While Kaya Yoga is coming to a close, there are a few final chapters still to be written.

🇲🇽 MEXICO CITY - 2027
Our Mexico City training will continue under the guidance of our lead trainer, Fernando, carrying the work forward in 2027.

🇦🇪 DUBAI - 2027 | Invitation Only

We are planning two final invitation-only trainings in Dubai:

✨ Sacred Motherhood - 85-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

Taking place during Ramadan 2027

✨ 200/300-Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training
Taking place after Ramadan 2027.

After these trainings, we most likely will not be planning any further Kaya Yoga teacher trainings in the UAE.

And for me personally, a new chapter has already begun.

This was not an easy decision. For a decade, we have had the privilege of witnessing women walk through our doors carrying dreams, doubts, and questions and leave with deeper self-trust, renewed purpose, lifelong friendships, and the confidence to build meaningful careers in yoga.

Every student, teacher, lesson, and transformation has become part of our story. For that, we will always be grateful.

Change is inevitable. Sometimes, moving forward means having the courage to listen when your heart quietly tells you it is time.

Before we say goodbye, we will share two final journeys together:
our 300-hour training in Dubai and our 200-hour training in Abu Dhabi.
