This course was so much more than I could have hoped for! I’ve taken many prenatal fitness courses but this course has been by far the deepest and most informative. I feel completely confident in what offerings I can provide to prenatal students from what I have learned here – Nina Harley, Saudi Arabia
Wonderful Course. A very supportive environment to learn and a non-dogmatic approach to pre-natal yoga. It’s been particularly useful to feel comfortable enough to try new things in sequences and get feed back on whether or not something will work for either pre or post natal classes. Nice structure to the schedule. Amazing guest teachers! – Claire Horton, UK
