Nina Harley, Saudi Arabia

"This course was so much more than I could have hoped for!  I’ve taken many prenatal fitness courses but this course has been by far the deepest and most informative. I feel completely confident in what offerings I can provide to prenatal students from what I have learned here"

Claire Horton, UK

"Wonderful Course.  A very supportive environment to learn and a non-dogmatic approach to prenatal yoga.  It’s been particularly useful to feel comfortable enough to try new things in sequences and get feedback on whether or not something will work for either pre or post-natal classes.  Nice structure to the schedule.  Amazing guest teachers!"

By no means does this mean that we are able to diagnose, treat or cure any advanced state diseases or emotional disorders? Yoga and meditation have been proven to improve life quality when practiced regularly, and we purely transmit the ancient teachings of Yoga practice as passed on to us by the Yoga Masters of their time.
