From Practice to Presence: How You’ll Learn to Teach
The Kaya Method
This is not a fast-track certification. It’s a carefully held training for those who want to teach, or practice, with integrity. You will learn:
- A steady, lifelong personal practice and safe alignment across all posture categories
- Sanskrit & English asana names
- Injury-aware anatomy and adjustments
- How to structure private and group classes, cue clearly and use your voice with confidence
- Applying restorative poses therapeutically, bringing philosophy and ethics (Yoga Sutras) into modern practice
- Business skills for teachers and niche development (with mentoring)
- Clear direction for your teaching career and a supportive shift in how you live and lead
Reading shapes the teacher you’ll become
We include a blend of practice, philosophy, and applied anatomy:
- Four Chapters on Freedom
- Yoga Therapy (A.G. & Indra Mohan)
- Light on Yoga (B.K.S. Iyengar)
- Vayu’s Gate (Orit Sen Gupta)
- Vijnana Yoga Practice Manual (Orit Sen Gupta)
- Yoga Anatomy (Leslie Kaminoff)
YTT Practicum & assessment
You’ll practice teaching throughout the course (teaching labs), then complete an evaluation weekend to earn your diploma. By the end of the course, you will be a confident yoga instructor.
Our faculty have run one of the longest-standing Yoga Alliance programs in the UAE and regularly mentor the trainers who go on to run YTTs. That means your feedback and scoring are calibrated to the same bar used for future lead trainers.
Certification Pathway
This program is a 300-hour Yoga Alliance–aligned training, which means:
- New practitioners can use this course to register their RYT-300
- Previous RYT-200 graduates can advance to RYT-500

1. Techniques, Training, and Practice

Teaching Yoga Therapy
The Term “Therapy” is used to indicate that our organization uses the ancient practices of Yoga for Therapeutic Healing purposes, in order to improve posture, align the spine, create more body awareness, breath awareness, concentration, and increase Self-knowledge. By no means does this mean that we are able to diagnose, treat or cure any advanced state diseases or emotional disorders? Yoga and meditation have been proven to improve life quality when practiced regularly, and we purely transmit the ancient teachings of Yoga practice as passed on to us by the Yoga Masters of their time.
